Everyone keeps railing on the judges. The judges happen to have Rules of Procedure and Sentencing Guidelines to follow. These are passed in one way or another by the Legislature. Get rid of the folks in Tallahassee if you don’t like the laws that the judges have to follow. I completed a 200-hour internship with the Circuit Clerk’s office, and I happen to know that most if not all of the judges takes their jobs very seriously and perform it as required and allowed by the laws, rules, and guidelines. If you vote the current ones out without cleaning house in Tallahassee, the only thing you will accomplish is getting rid of EXPERIENCE.

I don’t vote any incumbent judges back into office. Their few years in the system is enough to damage the society that we must live in. If America’s judicial system could be “voice of the people” then most of these criminals would get no ticket out of jail.

He should have been in jail not on the streets. Theses judges that give slap on the wrist sentences need to be removed from office. When I go to the polls I will remember these judges.
