Note that she hasn’t yet suggested anything so sorry, but unless the recall dealt with cars suddenly starting themselves up, releasing their parking brakes and dropping into drive, this doesn’t seem likely.

That was actually my cousin and the accelerator on her car got stuck. There was a recall on her car and the dealership she just bought it from didn’t notify her of the recall and didn’t fix it so that is what happened.

That’s why you turn your engine off when pulling up to the pump before getting out. I turn off engine and remove keys from ignition and put them in my pocket this keeps someone from jumping in and stealing car. Praying for her.

My daughter was next to her called 911 ran got napkins to hold pressure on her until help came she was up set. She told me about it.
