Extensive library hours to include their jail house lawyers. Yet, we need to treat them better. Softer on the discipline. See where the world is with the softer discipline. No respect. Where is the Justice for the victims and families if they are coddled? I just don't get where society is going with this. And when I say society, I am referring to the ones that are guiding us through these nicer, gentler changes in D.O.C.
