Lawyers love for inmates to stay on death row for years. It is a steady income source. If they cared about justice they would not try to come up with all kinds of ridiculous appeals. Please let justice be done and execute the person who commited such a horrible crime. To much of our money s being used to keep him alive.

I struggle with the death penalty being called unfair . Did these convicted felons give their victims a choice? NOPE . I was at work at the Wendy’s across from the Popeyes when that happened . It was awful . This guy has had 25 more years of life then what he gave his victim . How about this since he doesn’t want be put to death . Make his cell a freezer like he stuff the victim . And he can sleep on cardboard boxes and just stay there for the rest of his life .

Certain crimes and offences should have (Automatic) penalties. For instance if someone is tried in a court of law and found guilty or murder (No Matter The Circumstances) That person should be but to death, and not 25 years later, at least in the first 2-3 months. If some rapes a child execute them immediately, If someone rapes another adult execute them within 2years if they knew each other, if they didn’t 3 months.

My what is right is wrong and what is wrong is right.

Did he not take a life in one of the most evil, cruel, mutilating cases in the United States?

And now the “Legal Profession” wants him off the death penalty, to spend life (more that he gave the defensive little woman) so that it would not be cruel and inhumane.

Murder is murder, & they ALL derserve the death penalty, & the rest is just legal mumbo jumbo dredged up by lawyers. I hope they all have made a nice living hemming & hawing this nonsense out over the years. How do they sleep at night & look themselves in the mirror in the morning? Because, like the killers they represent, they have no conscience.

The supreme court needs to decide why it takes years to execute a murderer like hurst. Just another waste of taxpayers money.
