I personally saw the woman today who was injured she is really bruised up but alive and able to walk I hope the best for her!

Would if be wrong to include attempted murder? He tried to run over people with a vehicle and I can’t think of a time when that would be due to good intentions.

No DUI!?! This guy was sober when he did all this!?! Wow!

The details of this incident, & what drove this young man to all this, will probably never be known to the general public. All I can add is that if another person is driving you insane you need to get away from them, they are not worth going to prison for.
