I understand the unique challenges Petty Officer Ybarra faces. Having served aboard the SSBN 633 (Ballistic Missile Nuclear Submarine) in the 70’s as a Machinist Mate (Auxiliaryman), I can tell the public that he faces daily challenges that require the highest training and dedication to overcome. We are VERY proud to name you among our ranks as “Bubbleheads”!!!
