Vetoes a 2000 dollar a year raise for State of Fla forestry firefighters . State employees and correctional officers have not had a raise in nine years. Yet he just announced the state is hiring 4000 more correctional officers after he laid them all off when he took office. All this after all the bad press FDOC has received under Scotts non-leadership. This is just more of Scott taking care of his buddies and the people of Fla the losers . This is the same Gov. that tried to put severely disabled children into Senior nursing homes by cutting funding for in home care . Thankfully the courts stepped in and stopped it.
