It only took a dozen years to complete the last project, which has just finally got finished. Man, they are still working on that road in Santa Rosa Co. that's been under construction (should say disrepair) for well over a decade. Ridiculous! Companies get these gov't contracts and then milk the hell out of it. NOT how I would run it. Stay within budget and get 'er done on time, period. Or else... Master planning…bla-ha-ha!
