The Passat was fleeing up the northbound side of 29 and merged over in front of Jimmy's Restaurant, back into the southbound lane. He never bothered to slow down. He headed south and turned into Morrison Avenue in the village. Authorities have his vehicle description and plate numbers. Amazing at how quickly that his appeared on NE.COM. Late Model Green Volkswagen Passat.
