Not innocent until proven guilty. If you did it and you are found NOT guilty you still are guilty of commiting the crime. You are given the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. There is a big difference between the two. Personally I think they should just drop it and let her go.

as tax payers we have the right to express this. Why express it on here. If you dont like what the judges are doing or the bonds they are creating or even the way they handle cases then make an issue only the tax payers can do that. Remember they work for you.

So let me see if I understand this correctly? A very large majority of you are willing to vote for a President who is 24 years older than his current wife, but when this woman who has a consensual sexual relationship with a young man 29 years her junior, you want to put her under the jail.

@Pensacola Pete. Check your facts. Most men convicted of molesting children are given a slap on the hand and get put on a list. They have to be repeat offenders for a LONG time before anything might actually be done.

If she was a man, the charges would be more severe. Innocent until proven guilty for either sex. But if shes found guilty, bury her under the prison. (Along with the men that keep doing this)

Prosecuted on hearsay??? No physical evidence?? Really?? Do you know how many men (and yes some women) are sitting in prison for life because of “hearsay” and ” no physical evidence” when it comes to sex crimes? A lot!! Why is this woman out on bond to begin with and the fact that the prosecution asked for a 50,000 bond is appalling!! If she was a male and teenage girls accused him of the same crimes he would be sitting in jail waiting for court. Double standards alright!!!!! Or who does she know.?
