If was an habitual offender he wouldn’t have gotten a 15 year sentence. His life of crime has earned him the lengthy removal from residing among law abiding society.

Nope. The sentence is not excessive. He hasn’t learned from previous brushes with the law and he’s a habitual offender, and was very organized in his crime. He’s lucky he didn’t get MORE time than he did.

Too much time for the crime. If it was one victim on all counts I think it is excessive sentencing.

Glad to see a conviction for stealing scrap.
Curious as to how a bundle or pile of wire can be identified as yours from a video.
To some degree the scrap buyer is culpable as well.
