Too much legalism in our justice system, poor sentencing guidelines, fighting on who holds the sword the jury or the judge, judge’s hands tied on some matters, liberals in tallahassee, and last but not least certain lawyers. We are now so weak (AND DOUBLE MINDED) We elect people that simply do not get anything done, BECAUSE the proper fix to a problem, will and often be found as offensive to us.

We are now in a similar situation that the Roman Empire was at, less work, more relaxation and sporting events, decline of the family, and importation of all goods and services, BEFORE THEIR DEMISE.

And as to the above murderer, not only did you kill a man and shed (innocent blood), you killed a family, but to your own fate and hurt you SEARED your conscience and therefore HELL is awaiting you. Now weather they fry you, or you die of old age in prison nothing will change your destiny, because without a conscience you can’t plead for the Lord’s forgiveness.

Death penalty, I believe there was an officer involved shooting but in that region are reluctant because of others harboring criminal and crying out against the police officers. I can not stand for that. Enough is enough.

Which crime will he get to stand trial first? If this one was the only one resulting in a death it seems it should be first and if he is found guilty and receives the most appropriate sentence which seems he will from the evidence then the other ones may never be prosecuted. If he receives the death penalty he should admit to all the others –what difference will it make. FRY HIM. GETERDONE.

I’m glad this pig was caught but he should have been killed on the spot. He evidently left a blood trail along with other crimes from Montgomery to Pensacola and finally took a man’s life for doing nothing other than making a living.
