It’s not done. They have a little more paving to go. Could be they opened it early to get a bonus or to not miss a contract date and be fined.

I don’t understand why the bridge was open without all asphalt complete. Now traffic will have negotiate slow down while the asphalt in installed, makes no sense traffic was already in bypass for completion of project.

WOW!!! How rough the new bridge is. Crossed it this morning, log trucks might want to slow down crossing. The metal bridge was smoother. For 2.5 million you think we could have go one more smooth coat of asphalt. Maybe they are going to come back after it settles a while and add another layer. Sure hope so.
