REGARDING:

According to the bible, they were destroyed not because of all those ungodly people but because there weren’t ten righteous people in the entire city,

Genesis 18:26 And the Lord said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.
……
32 And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there.
And he said, I will not destroy it for ten’s sake.

Support of Israel is not required.
Most nations are far worse and do not support Israel at all and are not destroyed.

Marriage has two aspects, religious and legal. A church or pastor can’t stop the legal. A former pastor would not perform the ceremony for my daughter because she was living ” in sin”. That was his belief, never considered a lawsuit. Another unneeded law.

The people on the wrong side of history are the ones supporting gay marriage….there were two cities in the ancient Middle East incinerated by God over this issue. Were they on the wrong side of history? Most likely the only reason God has let this nation stand in recent years was it’s support of Israel….now that the Regime in Washington has betrayed Israel one has to wonder how long God will tolerate the murder of babies and gay marriage.

It’s interesting that he says the bill is a shield and not a sword. We were never looking for a weapon. Ephesians 6:17 says the sword of the Spirit is the word of God.

Perhaps Rep Rader and Rep Narain should tend to the affairs and worries of their people, and allow We Southern Baptist to tend to ours. We do not come down and tell you how to live, We do not seek your guidance in telling Us how to live.
