There is estimated to be well over 100 million LEGAL gun owners in the US who own over 300 million firearms and well over 17TRILLION rounds of ammunition.

Given the above estimations, if legal gun owners were the problem, everyone would damn well know it.

You have the right to keep and bear arms, but you don’t have the right to keep them or bear them openly or concealed without the government’s permission?

versus “…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” in the supreme law of the nation. Note this statement is not limited to Congress but to any government entity by its wording.

I’m with you Sedition. One person does not decide for the majority. I hope he is voted out of office, but Miami is so liberal I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a promotion.

Not entirely true.

That filthy Miami RINO, Miguel Diaz de la Portilla, killed this bill this session, along with two other gun bills, by not granting them hearings in his committee.

He decided, all on his own and against the will of the people, to not allow a vote on it.

Me thinks that he will pay heavily come election time. I hope to see him eating out of garbage cans and sleeping in a cardboard refrigerator box for the rest of his natural life.
