Think of it this way, the Supreme Court did us tax payers a favor. It cost millions less to keep him in prison the rest of his life then put him to death. If the system worked right he would get one appeal and that’s it. But we all know it’s setup to make some lawyers very rich on the appeal process. It is known that when they put Ted Bundy to death it cost the taxpayers approximately thirteen million dollars when keeping him in prison the rest of his life would have only cost five hundred thousand dollars. If this is true, I would keep him in jail and let him suffer day to day for the rest of his life

I remember this young woman when she worked at Winn Dixie. My heart goes out to her family having to struggle with the legal system. I wonder why the jury recommendation was not unanimous.

That’s justice for you kill a young lady stab her to pieces leave her dead body in a freezer steal the money. Meanwhile her family waits twenty years to watch this animal die and then they get told well no the circumstances weren’t aggravating. To deprive this family of justice in my opinion is cruel and unusual punishment. And the judge or judges that made this decision should be prosecuted for violating the families constitutional rights

Yep, aggravating. I figured this was the outcome of this, a long while back. The liberal (soft) Supreme Court is nothing if not predictable.

If it was their daughter, sister, wife, or mother he would be rotten in the ground years ago, I bet.
