Fracking works by putting lots of chemicals and (water) into the ground. Some of these are harmless, while some of them are very bad. If the natural gas well isn’t built properly, these can get out of the well and into the water that people drink or that animals live in. Do what you must…But do it with the right regulations unlike some states.

Why is Matt Gaetz attempting to take away Uber driver rights & use the House Bill 509 to force Ubers to agree they are Independent Contractors in order to use the Uber App? Uber influenced move is to block more drivers from joining the California Uber Driver Class Action Employee lawsuit if it goes national. Zero reason to bury employment status manipulation in a bill. If Uber is not primary insurer from APP ON
Til LOG OFF the streets will be flooded with uninsured motorists. I polled insurers today. THEY DO NOT COVER APP ON & MOST DONT COVER EVEN A PART TIME RIDE SHARE DRIVER DURING APP OFF. Letting Uber run scott free at Florida’s airports when they have $ per trip deals elsewhere is selling Florida for a hill of beans.

I commend the legislators who are for free enterprise, free market ect, now with that out the way. We can discuss deregulating the Taxis industry. Because if it was necessary to regulate them, what make Uber, Lyte any different? They provide transportation for the Public at a cost (Vehicles for Hire) No Difference. Except For Taxis they’re metered and certified by the State Agriculture dept. before they can operate,and all the requirements as per that city or locality to operate as vehicle for hire. Ride Share is a Misnomer.
