The State Attorney’s Should PICK UP THEESE CASE”S .. Often a victim will back out from prosecution out of fear .. FEAR of retaliation . Hence if the State Attorney picks up the case its out of the hands of the Victim. SHAME ON YOU STATE”S ATTORNEY OFFICE .. DO YOUR J O B !

Ed, given the history of republicans concerning crimes against women and women’s health issues, I doubt that they will fund clearing the backlog.

Linda, let me point out a couple of things. First, the kits are reported to be at the local agencies not FDLE. Second, over half are in jurisdictions that the FDLE lab does not cover. Third, wait that’s over two. Maybe it would be good to read the article again.
