Guy robs the bank on last Friday.
Photo is released this Tuesday.
Why was there this 4 day time lag?
It seems to my non-LEO self that the Quicker the Public has the information or photos the sooner they can assist in identifying the “alleged suspect”.

Hope someone knows this dude and turns him into LEO.
