So he was likely already on the LEOs radar and the tip likely came from a confidential informant or one of his buddies was arrested and rolled on him. Sad part is that it appears that the man with the same name has already been released on bond. And that my friend is our judicial system doing its best to protect the guilty and innocent alike. @Chris

Wow. I mean i know the search warrant process is already reduced to nothing. LEOs dont really need proof anymore just ask and judge signs so it aint law and order people but dang i assumed they needed more than "a tip".
