It "allows" us no such thing. That is a natural right PROTECTED by the Second Amendment. The fact that we can't carry anywhere is due to corrupt politicians and Supreme(ly stupid) Court. The Castle Doctrine aka 'stand your ground' laws already allow you to use deadly force with immunity from prosecution if someone breaks in to your home as long as you use that when they are in your house. The same protection applies for someone trying to carjack you includes motorcycles, boats and planes. What this bill is about is situations were you use deadly force such as walking down the street, standing in line at a store, in your yard, or public places in general. The Castle Doctrine also allows you to open or conceal carry while inside your home or business with or without a conceal carry permit. People shouldn't have to fear prosecution for defending themselves. If a burglar attempts to break into your house you should be able to use whatever force is necessary to stop them.
