		<description>Oversight hit the nail on the head.  It is funny,  however,  that the federal checkpoints supposedly missed to identify the different citrus diseases and allowed them to infiltrate the crops - sort of like the Feds overlooking dangerous individuals entering the US.</description>

		<description>Every time I go to southern Florida I see fewer and fewer areas with citrus trees and more and more housing developments.  Could this have an impact on the lower production rate?</description>
