Obviously your lessons did not work for you, since you don't know when to use possessive pronouns, when to use "your" and "you're," and when to use "there" and "their." You have no idea what the Teacher's Union is fighting for. As a union member, I do not agree that this lawsuit should be based on race, but I do agree about the age discrimination part of the lawsuit. There are so many ways that teachers can be rewarded for their diligence in education our children besides a stupid ACT score. One way is specialized degrees. Do you have any idea what is happening know in education? Anyone with a four-year degree can go and take a certification test and be "qualified" to teach our children. This is crazy! My child has some teachers with hotel management degrees. Let's reward and compensate those teachers who see the necessity of furthering and specializing in various fields! Dear John,
