Also, reporting has increased. I remember reading about far worse back in the early seventies, but it tended to be in the back pages. William puts all right at the top and lets it stay until pushed down Then off by new reports of other things . We also get more reports from further off. I remember a girl escaping her rapist down Miami way, reporting it to the police, being ignored because THEY didn't believe such people existed. It wasn't until they found the man's body and the other victim's body pieces that they finally believed. And remember the Dahmer case when the police laughed as they returned an escapee to the man who then ate him, Like The Previous Ones. The stuff of nightmares. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
