Does anyone know if Escambia County (FL) requires a solicitation permit? We live in a subdivision that has a clearly posted "No Solicitation" sign at the entrance, and yet we had someone from a local real estate office inquiring about buying homes. When I informed him of the HOA policy, he stated that he didn't care, he has to make a living.
