She said that they were sure a specific project would be "In the Bag" for her high class neighborhood because THREE of the members on the Advisory Committee LIVE In their area. She bragged they'd Stacked the Deck. The RESTORE project she spoke to would Greatly Enhance the Property Value of Only THEIR high class neighborhood and would do Nothing for the Economy (other than theirs) nor help with drainage, jobs, nothing except just for them.
