Well most of the time during the day they are at work working a real job, That is what real men do. Some real men work shift work so they can be at work at any time of the day on any given day. Don't expect a real man to come home after 8, because usually we are working 10,12, or 16 hours. When we get home we don't feel like hopping in our trucks, yes real men usually drive trucks, not always but usually, that's just what real men do, and riding around town. We are more likely to be found, during our off work hours, working on things around the house and property, again real men have property not yards, or spending time with our real families. There is absolutely nothing real men came do to fix stupid, we can only try to avoid it. Oh yeah I forgot, some real men are retired. They have put in their time and served their country by giving of themselves to be productive during their early years, so they are properly doing what ever they want, or just resting, and that they should they have earned it. Ultimately, as I stated in a post on the previous article, and as has been stated today by "T," the finder of fact will sort this out as any "reasonable person" would. This a case in which she said they DIDN’T see the shooter.

He said he DID see the shooter. (It does say he saw a vehicle which scared him. Unless he is scared of all vehicles, it is reasonable to speculate that he saw something in particular to strike fear. Just remember it is speculation.)

Regardless, remember to NOT announce your intention to murder someone if you wish to avoid being a suspect when some unknown person DOES try to murder them as described. Also, when shooting them in the back, four times may still not be fatal.
