If Gov Scott really wants to lure businesses to Florida , do away with all the licenses and fees and Regulations imposed on business in the state of Florida. For starters Repeal the 7.5 % sales tax the state charges on commercial leases No other state in the country charges sales tax on commercial leases. Quit regulating businesses out of business. Using tax payers money To pay off Scotts buddies is not the answer. Take some lessons from Alabama, business is booming in Daphne and Spanish Fort, Mobile has Austal and Airbus , Ace Hardware distribution center, , Montgomery has Hyundai auto manufacturing Plant, They get it.
