Audacity is certainly a trait not in short supply with Hayward.

That catfish pond and it’s dump trucks terrorized taxpayers on Neal Road for months.

This is why Escambia County is one of the poorest in the nation…we need new people in office, not the same ones who keep making the same mistakes and expecting different results. These people need to be elected, not appointed!

Great choice.
He was in charge when Roads, Inc. was allowed to illegally operate a sand and dirt pit labeled a catfish pond in a subdivision.
He was in charge when he allowed the operators of Saufley Landfill to overfill with improper materials. And then the owners walked away leaving the citizen of Escambia with the multi million dollar closure cost of said landfill.
He was in charge when he allowed Rolling Hills Landfill to violate several county mandated operating rules. Resulting in health and value problems for the Wedgewood community area.
His enviromental steward record while at the county is nothing better than shameful.
