The shooting Moore was involved in was supposedly accidental, according to the story. That is a long way from purposely shooting someone in the face. Bonner got life on the 3 strikes law.

So this guy gets life in prison for just shooting someone who didn’t die. And in the other story on the home page. Xavier Tyrone Moore received 25 years for third degree murder. This does not make much sense to me.
