From what we were told, the cost of this equipment & its hauling, will be a drop in the bucket, compared to what it will make GP….Not sure of exact cost, but well worth it we (concerned citizen group) were told.

The trailer had to stop because their permits in Florida and Alabama ran out. Alabama DOT would not let them cross the line. They will stay moving again Sunday Night. The mill in Brewton is also renting a huge crane by the day to move everything when it gets there.

Beautiful sight! I watched the turbine generator traveling in Molino for awhile last night…then took Hwy 95 to get home; no traffic issues there.

This is exciting for Georgia Pacific and the surrounding areas!

We watched the traffic on 29N behind this thing for hours last night. Folks, you DO know that you can take one of the roads to the right on northbound 29 and take 95A north until you get around the truck hauling this thing? Don’t sit in line when you can bypass it by doing that.
