In reality it is extremely sad and unfair! One of the major flaws of using this particular assessment for teacher evaluations is that many times the evaluation is based on age groups and subjects that are not taught by the teacher in question. No one would want their work evaluation tied to one test especially in light of the test having a lot of problems. Bet we have some real geniuses there in charge of all this....
