Chris in Molino….I posted in jest,but people like you ARE WHY we must have these rules in force to protect others that DO follow the rules.It’s not about taking all you want without regard to sustainability and damn the results,it’s ensuring that
your children WILL have an environment to enjoy in the future……

@Don– I am one who loaths the way this world has become and understand completely. However, going on a state park without paying and thinking you can smoke pot without getting messed with is a little insane. I agree how Blackwater should be preserved although i know how FWC officers can be.
Perdido River has become a high source of revenue. “Game Wardens” used to be guys that could be dropped in the woods with a toothbrush and live. Now their just like the high-tech redneck who needs padded fingered gloves so he can text from the tree stand. That alone has lost my respect.
I use public land to feed my family. Infact, we just ran out of hog sausage from last winter. In summer we eat fish 2-3 times per week and other meat from public land at least once. I don’t care about size or sex, if it’ll feed my boys, it’s comin in the boat.
All i can recommend to you Don is to try to go where game wardens don’t and that may require you to regear yourself and boat.

It’s crazy that I follow the rules and laws and I’m never harassed. It’s people with this mind set that make this world the place it is today. It’s not hard to do what you’re supposed to do so just follow the law and don’t blame others if you’re stupid and get caught.

You are exactly right!!!! It’s getting to where you can’t go anywhere without being harassed or need a permit for something.
