I don’t trust them no matter what they wear, they don’t go by anything except what they want to believe and who the judge is over the case they will denied a retrial or a hearing to and innocent person even with an affidavit from someone who has talked to the person and a book written where the guilty one admits that he lied to try to get out of it and says it was a botch robbery, the judge over the case was up for a federal bench and got it

I think to be valid, this ruling should include input from an expert in the psychiatric sphere- this controversial topic could also serve as a very interesting thesis for a law student.
