Why is the ECSO Traffic Deputies attending this,they do not work DUI Enforcement,they escort funerals and work the school zones,they dont even work evening shift or any holidays,one guy works the DUI Enforcement and does a great job.

@Billy D– It’s also drivers here also. It’s not just driving either. Technology and the convenience it brings is dumbing people down so much that folks won’t know how to talk to each other in 20 years if we make it that long. People are so impatient. I see it at gas stations, grocery store, Wal-Mart, even the barbershop. Mix that “me” mentality with liquor and it’s trouble. Funny, the older i get the smarter my parents seem to be.

they can start by just sitting back on I10 and watching Louisiana and Texas drivers fight it out like they’re on a Nascar track. The drive between Biloxi and Destin will be littered with wrecks this weekend(like all holiday weekends) with Texas and Louisiana cars because they’re the worst drivers on the planet and they ALL come this way every weekend. They’ll cut you off, pass you on the shoulder(just to turn off 200yds down the road) drive at 80-90mph in traffic that’s barely moving and then they get mad when they get pulled over(doesn’t happen enough) I wish the LEO’s good and safe hunting this weekend. Should be easy pickin’s!!

Thanks for doing this,stay safe, and I just need to tell you how dangerous it is driving to Atmore, on Hwy 97. The speed limit is 55, sometimes 45, but it seems that everyone wants to make up their own speed limit.
Driving there past Ernest Ward High is 45 with caution lights. But those drivers are not cautious at all as a matter of fact they go faster.
Please if you can patrol this Hwy. If they even see your presence they will slow down.
Speeders make it so unsafe for all the other drivers on the road.
