Ccw permits require fingerprints, photo,proof of citizenship, money, classwork,time and federal background check.If you don't want to do these things then wait your days. Citizens with a CCW permit and a hour worth of training have no waiting period to purchase a weapon but LEOs can not purchase a weapon without waiting.
