As it stood there was one more public hearing on the subject. "Evidently" Eglin does not have enough area and they want to use Blackwater. Naturally they say only a certain number of troops at a time, will not damage forest.......etc etc etc. Don't believe a word they say, once they get a foot in then it is all over.
