The United States of America's military / National Guard should have ignored any orders to Stand Down and shown up for duty, opened the doors and conducted business as normal. That would have been a good show of force and honor to those slain by the cowardly assassin / murdering son-of-a-pig who shot their comrades in arms. Me.
