To comment on the "BANK ON IT" section, The Seminoles are right. The State allowed banked card games to be played outside of the Seminole properties. The games are player banked which means at least 1 player (banker) has a substantial bankroll and all other players place their wagers against the 1 Player/Banker which constitutes a Class 3 game (players playing against 1 single bankroll). This is gambling at its highest form in Florida which competes with the Blackjack and other banked games the Seminoles offer. Even though the Racinos that offer the Player/Banker card games are just facilitating the game and taking a commission from each game played, they are allowing the Player/Banker act as a Class 3 casino who in fact does not have a Class 3 casino license but works his bankroll under the Racinos roof. This Player/Banker makes 10's of thousands of dollars every months, employs multiple 1099 contractors, does not pay taxes, does not have to apply for a Florida gambling facility license, does not have to go thru a rigorous background check, does not have to be fingerprinted by the FBI,, excetera. The Racinos can not do what this Player/Banker does. The Racinos can only be classiffied as a Class 2 (player play each other for money and the house controls the game) when it comes to card games.. The Seminole's are RIGHT...
