You can’t entrap someone who is not committing the crime. This guy wanted to rape a child. He set about doing it. His bad that it was a cop and not a child.

Molinoman, how did they “entrap” him into sending pics of himself? No amount of enticement could get me to discuss having sex with a twelve year old or with her parents. You can’t be trapped if you don’t put your head in the noose.

Claims of entrapment are the last defense of guilty people caught red-handed!

Sometimes I wonder just how much of this is entrapment. Has anyone looked up how many unsolved cases there are in Escambia county, also Florida as a whole? FDLE and ECSO couldn’t find their hats without a map to the hat rack.
