Even though she was handicapped all of her earthy life, she is free to walk and talk and visit with her father after 28 years apart. Her mother Paula Jo Richburg Ryals, has spent almost 33 years caring for her. Please pray for Paula, her life will never be the same without her special angel. But she is rejoicing knowing that Debra, is with God, enjoying everything her mother wanted for her to be able to experience. Our family will miss our precious niece and cousin.
