The police need to look at surveillance video at the Quick Stop because there was a small size pick up truck that was following that truck that picked that person up after they dropped it off

I passed this vehicle Sunday on hey 4. It was coming from toward Berrydale going west on hey 4. I was traveling east and it past me at country mill Rd going west
