But 911 received the call at 4:11 p.m., the fire dept was enroute at 4:14 and arrived on scene at 4:18. EMS arrived on scene before that, advising fire that there were no injuries (and likely slowing their response). Perhaps citizens were “working” the scene before anyone called 911. But 911 received the call at 4:11 p.m., the fire dept was enroute at 4:14 and arrived on scene at 4:18. EMS arrived on scene before that, advising fire that there were no injuries (and likely slowing their response).
