He’s a habitual criminal. Too many convictions. LIFE SENTANCE ! I can forgive and even embrace someone who makes a mistake. This guy is not offering anything positive for the community. Wake up judges, prosecutors, and citizens.

To those complaining about his medical bills in prison on the tax payer’s dime, who do you think will pay for his medical bills if he gets out early? It is doubtful he will have a job with medical benefits or insurance because so many jobs refuse to hire anyone convicted of a felony crime. So he will still be on the tax payer’s dime if he gets out because he will either qualify for medicaid or he will be going to emergency rooms for care–like so many who don’t have insurance via job. At least in prison, we can control who he gets to harm while being treated.

This doesn’t mean RELEASE HIM.
It means explain why you think you shouldn’t.
Put it on record.
If demeanor or nature of his previous crimes and current capabilities indicate he is a real threat, they still don’t have to release him.

I fail to feel any kind of compassion for this pile of garbage at all. He needs to do his full sentence and I would say he doesn’t deserve to have medical treatment either. It’s not the states fault(or taxpayers) that he drank enough to kill his liver. Sad enough that we have to pay for his meals as it is!!

We are down on sex offenders and drug abusers and and anyone who sells anyone drugs. I’m always amazed at these low lifes who commit a crime then think they shouldn’t do the time. But what’s more amazing are those low lifes who pity them and think they should get out before they’ve done their time. Why don’t you guys change places with the jailbirds and then you’d feel better……

This wasn’t the first time he failed to register as an offender and got this prison time. He knew what he was doing when he done his crime in Texas then came here and fails to register. Sickness or no sickness he needs to do his time. Like Local stated his victims are still living in the prison he created for them. Let him die where he lies (in prison). We have paid for worse people in prisons.
