What he did was horrific and he deserves to be in prison a LONG time as a result. I will be praying that he finds salvation and that justice will be properly served. Wants to make the victim have to prove in court that they were really at threat of great bodily harm or death. Basically, the person who Stood their Ground would be considered guilty until proven innocent. Stand Your Ground laws would surely apply to this Rivers punk. Saw on news where one of our wonderful FLA lawmakers wants to weaken the “Stand Your Ground” laws.

Basically, the person who Stood their Ground would be considered guilty until proven innocent.

I have seen numerous people with lesser charges with no bond. Granted, he'll probably never afford the bond but thats not the point. Good thing he didn't get me, my wife wouldn't have called the police as we hate to be dependent upon govt., she'd have brought her pistol. Man this is nuts.
