My grandfather gave his life in this battle. Torpedo squadron eight pilot, glad to see the battle of midway remembered.

My father would have loved this… He was on the Yorktown when it was hit… It was on his birthday June 4…..he survived by taking a life jacket from a deceased fellow shipmate…..HE WOULD HAVE LOVED THIS !!!!! That’s why he was OUR HERO………..
