This article refers to the child as “him”….Lord only knows what this mans motive was… Just out of curiosity, from a law enforcement perspective, would it be appropriate or responsible for a citizen to report a vehicle being driven (in traffic) without a tag ? … Or, should one mind their own business?…

Thanks to God this man did not get that precious child. Thank God Mom was there and paying attention. That baby girl never would have been seen alive again.
but now we must find this man and prosecute him.

I appreciate whoever took the trouble to find a similar van so a pic could be posted! Will make it easier if I see a similar situation happening.. And if you have a van similar to this yell at me that it isn’t you -lol!!
