Keep in mind he was arrested on 6/1 and and as of 6/4 he is still in jail on that same $400 bond. Oh yeah, apparently even the first appearance judge believed this to be a "reasonable" bond as it wasnt changed at the first court appearance. The Judge had every responsibility to adjust the bond - higher or lower - if it wasnt appropriate. This guy has been charged at least 18 times in the past for all kinds of things and his bond is set at $400??? I guess they are just waiting for him to kill someone and then bond will be set at $500!
