As long as Jeb isn’t a candidate, he can keep raising money for his super PAC and having them pay all his campaign staff. Not exactly ethical, and probably illegal, but I guess the rules only apply to the little people whose parent can’t afford to build them a 6 million dollar “cottage” in the family compound in Kennebunkport.
