This is sad is a sad situation. That could of been prevented! Numerous calls were made to the Sheriffs dept and was told actual crime had not been committed. Now we have a man In critical condition and one dead as. Result. Something needs to change

So sad that this could have been prevented as many times as the law was called out there because the deceased was harassing and making threats to the victim. Victim was told numerous times that nothing could be done till a crime was actually committed. He even went to Sherriff dept to file a complaint at one time. This was not something that just “happened”. The deceased was a sick man and should have been baker acted a year ago. Always thought that if he was in his own property that he could do as he pleased. Well a crime has been committed now. I think its high time laws were changed to prevent these things from happening when continuing complaints are made
